Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by section 21 of and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061 and with the consent of the Treasury in accordance with paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 4 to that Act, hereby make the following Order.
Title and commencement1
The title of this Order is the Public Health Wales National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 2011 and it comes into force on 9 January 2012.
Originating Capital of NHS Trusts2
The originating capital of Public Health Wales National Health Service Trust2 is £7,489,000.
