The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 5(4) and 17 of the Red Meat Industry (Wales) Measure 20101.

A draft of this Order was laid before and approved by resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.

Title, commencement and application1

The title of this Order is the Red Meat Industry (Wales) Measure 2010 (Amendment) Order 2011. It applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on 1 April 2012.

Amendments to Schedule 2 to the Measure2

Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Measure is amended as follows—

In paragraph 5 of the Schedule replace the table with the following table—

This Order amends the Red Meat Industry (Wales) Measure 2010.

Article 2 amends Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Measure by replacing the component tables in paragraphs 5 and 6.

A regulatory impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business and the voluntary sector has not been prepared.
