Title, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is The Substance Misuse (Formulation and Implementation of Strategy) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and they come into force on 5 December 2011.

(2) In these Regulations the “2007 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2007”) means the Substance Misuse (Formulation and Implementation of Strategy) (Wales) Regulations 2007(1).
