Appointed day
2.—(1) The appointed day is 1 September 2011.
(2) The following provisions of the 2002 Act come into force on the appointed day—
(a)section 204;
(b)section 215(2) to the extent that it relates to the provisions of Schedule 22 specified below; and
(c)in Schedule 22, the repeal of chapter I of Part 4 of the Education Act 1997.
