Amendment of regulation 5
4. In regulation 5 (general condition relating to all contracts) of the GMS Contracts Regulations, in paragraph (2)(j)(ii), after “(powers of the Court of Session to deal with management of charities)”, insert “or under section 34 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005(1) (powers of Court of Session)”.
