Publication of statement of accounts etc

12.  In regulation 10 (publication of statement of accounts etc)—

(a) in paragraph (1), omit the words “Subject to paragraph (3),”;

(b) in paragraph (2)(a), for “7(3)” substitute “7(2)”;

(c) in paragraph (2)(b), for “7(4)” substitute “7(3)”;

(d) omit paragraph (3).
