Cyflenwadau mawr a chyflenwadau i fangreoedd masnachol neu gyhoeddus

9.  Yn achos cyflenwad preifat (ac eithrio cyflenwad fel a nodir yn rheoliad 8) sydd —

(a)yn cyflenwi cyfaint dyddiol cyfartalog o 10m3 neu ragor o ddŵr, neu

(b)yn cyflenwi dŵr i fangre lle y defnyddir y dŵr ar gyfer gweithgaredd masnachol, neu i fangre gyhoeddus,

rhaid i'r awdurdod lleol fonitro yn unol ag Atodlen 2 a chyflawni unrhyw fonitro ychwanegol y mae'r asesiad risg yn dangos ei fod yn angenrheidiol.
