Appointed day

2.  10 January 2011 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Measure—

(a) section 2 in so far as it applies to the Welsh authorities;

(b) section 4;

(c) section 5;

(d) section 6;

(e) section 17; and

(f) section 18.
