The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5(1) and (9) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967(1), make the following Order:

1967 c. 84. Section 5(1) and (9) are substituted by section 198 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (c. 23).
