1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Gorchmynion Traffig Awdurdodau Lleol (Gweithdrefn) (Cymru a Lloegr) (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2010. Deuant i rym ar 1 Rhagfyr 2010.
(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru.
2.—(1) Yn rheoliad 18 o Reoliadau Gorchmynion Traffig Awdurdodau Lleol (Gweithdrefn) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1996(1), ar ôl paragraff (4), mewnosoder y canlynol—
“(4A) Nothing in this regulation requires the placing of any traffic sign on or near a road, or the maintenance of such signs, in a special enforcement area in Wales, for the purpose of providing information to road users as to the effect of section 85 or 86 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 in that area.”.
(2) Yn rheoliad 18, paragraff (5), dileer y geiriau “In paragraph (4)” ac yn eu lle rhodder “In paragraphs (4) and (4A)”.
