Gofynion mewn perthynas â phersonau eraill: pob person arall
37.—(1) Bod pob person (ac eithrio'r ceisydd neu berson a grybwyllir ym mharagraff 21, 26 neu 32) sydd wedi cyrraedd 16 mlwydd oed ac —
(a)yn byw yn y fangre berthnasol,
(b)yn gweithio yn y fangre berthnasol, neu
(c)yn bresennol rywfodd arall yn y fangre berthnasol, ac
yn dod, neu'n debygol o ddod, i gysylltiad yn rheolaidd â phlant perthnasol, yn addas o ran uniondeb a chymeriad da i fod mewn cysylltiad rheolaidd â phlant.
(2) At ddibenion is-baragraff (1)(b), mae person sy'n gweithio yn y fangre berthnasol yn cynnwys person sy'n gweithio ar sail wirfoddol.
(3) Pan fo'n briodol, bod tystysgrif cofnod troseddol fanylach wedi ei chael mewn perthynas â phob person a grybwyllir yn is-baragraff (1).
(4) Pan fo'n briodol, bod pob person a grybwyllir yn is-baragraff (1) wedi ei gofrestru gydag ADA a phob person o'r fath wedi darparu ei rif cofrestru ADA i'r ceisydd.
