Gorfodi

14.—(1) Rhaid i bob awdurdod bwyd yn ei ardal a phob awdurdod iechyd porthladd yn ei ddosbarth weithredu a gorfodi—

(a)y darpariaethau yn Rheoliad 1935/2004 a bennir yn rheoliad 4;

(b)y darpariaethau yn Rheoliad 450/2009 a bennir yn rheoliad 6; ac

(c)ac eithrio mewn perthynas â'r darpariaethau y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (3), y Rheoliadau hyn.

(2) Caiff yr Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd hefyd weithredu a gorfodi darpariaethau—

(a)Erthyglau 16(1) a 17(2) o Reoliad 1935/2004; a

(b)Erthygl 13 o Reoliad 450/2009.

(3) Rhaid i bob awdurdod bwyd yn ei ardal weithredu a gorfodi'r darpariaethau yn Rheoliad 2023/2006 a bennir yn rheoliad 5.
