17. Bydd adran 76 (p?er arolygydd i fynd i mewn i fangre a chymryd samplau) i'r graddau y mae'n gymwys o ran bwydydd anifeiliaid, yn gymwys—
(a)fel pe rhoddid, yn is-adran (1), y geiriau “in accordance with Regulation 152/2009” yn lle “in the prescribed manner”; a
(b)fel pe rhoddid y canlynol yn lle is-adran (4)–
“(4) Without prejudice to any other power or duty as to the taking of samples, an inspector may for the purposes of this Part of this Act take a sample of any material which has been sold for use as a feeding stuff or which he has reasonable cause to believe to be intended for sale as such.”.
