Lleoliad a nifer y pwyntiau samplu a'r safleoedd monitro
12.—(1) Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru osod pwyntiau samplu yn unol â'r meini prawf a osodir yn Adrannau I, II a IV o Atodiad III i Gyfarwyddeb 2004/107/EC ar gyfer asesu arsenig, cadmiwm, nicel a benso(a)pyren.
(2) Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru sicrhau bod safleoedd monitro hydrocarbonau aromatig polysyclig ac eithrio benso(a)pyren—
(a)wedi eu lleoli yn yr un lle â phwyntiau samplu benso(a)pyren,
(b)wedi eu lleoli'n unol â'r meini prawf a osodir yn Adrannau I i III o Atodiad III i Gyfarwyddeb 2004/107/EC, ac
(c)wedi eu dewis fel y gellir nodi amrywiadau daearyddol a thueddiadau hirdymor mewn crynodiadau o hydrocarbonau aromatig polysyclig.
(3) Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru sicrhau—
(a)bod o leiaf un pwynt samplu cefndir yn cael ei osod i ddarparu mesuriadau dangosol at ddibenion paragraff (6) o reoliad 11,
(b)bod y cyfryw bwyntiau samplu cefndir wedi eu lleoli'n unol â'r meini prawf a osodir yn Adrannau I i III o Atodiad III i Gyfarwyddeb 2004/107/EC, ac
(c)bod y cyfryw bwyntiau samplu cefndir wedi eu dewis fel y gellir nodi amrywiadau daearyddol a thueddiadau hirdymor mewn crynodiadau o'r llygryddion perthnasol ac yng nghyfraddau llwyr ddyddodiad y llygryddion perthnasol.
