Hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol
3.—(1) Mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys pan fo hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol o dan erthygl 11 (hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol) wedi ei gyflwyno i geidwad anifail buchol, a'r ceidwad hwnnw'n methu â chydymffurfio ag un neu ragor o ofynion yr hysbysiad.
(2) Pan fo—
(a)y ceidwad wedi methu â chydymffurfio ag un gofyniad yn yr hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol;
(b)anifail wedi ei brofi o dan erthygl 12 (profi ar gyfer twbercwlosis);
(c)yr anifail hwnnw wedi ei gigydda, yn dilyn y prawf hwnnw; ac
(ch)y prawf wedi ei gyflawni ar y fuches sy'n cynnwys yr anifail hwnnw (ar ôl cyflwyno'r hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol i'r ceidwad)—
(i)am y tro cyntaf, bydd “B” yn 0.75;
(ii)am yr ail dro, bydd “B” yn 0.5; neu
(iii)ar ôl yr ail dro, bydd “B” yn 0.05.
(3) Pan fo—
(a)y ceidwad wedi methu â chydymffurfio â mwy nag un gofyniad yn yr hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol;
(b)anifail wedi ei brofi o dan erthygl 12;
(c)yr anifail hwnnw wedi ei gigydda, yn dilyn y prawf hwnnw; ac
(ch)y prawf wedi ei gyflawni ar y fuches sy'n cynnwys yr anifail hwnnw (ar ôl cyflwyno'r hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol i'r ceidwad)—
(i)am y tro cyntaf, bydd “B” yn 0.5; neu
(ii)ar ôl y tro cyntaf, bydd “B” yn 0.05.
