Hysbysu am glefyd mewn anifeiliaid buchol
8.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw berson—
(a)sydd ag unrhyw anifail buchol yn ei feddiant neu dan ei ofal, a'r person hwnnw'n amau bod yr anifail, neu y gallai fod, yn anifail yr effeithiwyd arno;
(b)sydd, yng nghwrs ymarfer y person hwnnw fel milfeddyg, yn archwilio anifail buchol y mae'r person hwnnw'n amau ei fod, neu y gallai fod, yn anifail yr effeithiwyd arno; neu
(c)sydd, yng nghwrs dyletswyddau'r person hwnnw, yn archwilio, at unrhyw ddiben, anifail buchol y mae'r person hwnnw'n amau ei fod, neu y gallai fod, yn anifail yr effeithiwyd arno,
hysbysu Gweinidogion Cymru ar unwaith.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sydd ag unrhyw anifail buchol yn ei feddiant neu dan ei ofal, a'r person hwnnw'n amau bod, neu y gallai fod, yr anifail yn anifail yr effeithiwyd arno, tra'n aros am gasgliad yr ymchwiliad milfeddygol o dan erthygl 10 ac am gyflwyno unrhyw hysbysiad o dan yr erthygl honno, weithredu ar unwaith i—
(a)cadw'r anifail hwnnw yn y fangre lle y mae ar y pryd;
(b)ei ynysu oddi wrth anifeiliaid buchol eraill, i'r graddau y bo hynny'n ymarferol; a
(c)mabwysiadu rhagofalon mewn perthynas â llaeth a gynhyrchir gan yr anifail hwnnw, fel pe bai hysbysiad o dan erthygl 10 eisoes wedi ei gyflwyno.
