Arbedion a phontio
5.—(1) Bydd unrhyw hysbysiad neu drwydded a ddyroddwyd, neu gymeradwyaeth neu ganiatâd a roddwyd, o dan Orchymyn Twbercwlosis (Cymru a Lloegr) 1984(1) neu Orchymyn Twbercwlosis (Cymru) 2006 ac sy'n effeithiol pan ddaw'r Gorchymyn hwn i rym, yn parhau mewn grym, fel pe bai'n hysbysiad neu drwydded a ddyroddwyd, neu'n gymeradwyaeth neu ganiatâd a roddwyd, o dan y Gorchymyn hwn.
(2) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys mewn perthynas â hysbysiad a gyflwynir o dan Orchymyn Twbercwlosis (Cymru a Lloegr) 1984 neu Orchymyn Twbercwlosis (Cymru) 2006 fel y mae'n gymwys i hysbysiad a gyflwynir o dan y Gorchymyn hwn.
(3) Nid ddiwygir Gorchymyn Iawndal Brwselosis a Thwbercwlosis (Cymru a Lloegr) o ran twbercwlosis gan erthygl 4, ac y mae'r Gorchymyn hwnnw'n parhau'n gymwys, yn achos unrhyw anifail buchol a gigyddir oherwydd twbercwlosis—
(a)yn dilyn hysbysiad a gyflwynwyd cyn 25 Mai 2010 o dan erthygl 8 o Orchymyn Twbercwlosis (Cymru) 2006;
(b)o ganlyniad i brawf croen positif neu amhendant a ddarllenwyd cyn 25 Mai 2010; neu
(c)o ganlyniad i unrhyw brawf perthnasol arall ar gyfer twbercwlosis, y cymerwyd y sampl clinigol ar ei gyfer cyn 25 Mai 2010.
