Ynysu a gwahardd symud anifeiliaid
16. Caiff arolygydd, at y diben o reoli neu atal lledaeniad twbercwlosis, drwy gyflwyno hysbysiad i geidwad anifeiliaid buchol a gedwir yn y cyfryw fangreoedd a bennir yn yr hysbysiad—
(a)gwneud yn ofynnol bod y cyfryw anifeiliaid buchol a bennir yn yr hysbysiad yn cael eu hynysu oddi wrth anifeiliaid eraill i'r graddau a bennir yn yr hysbysiad; a
(b)gwahardd symud anifeiliaid buchol, neu'r cyfryw anifeiliaid buchol a bennir yn yr hysbysiad, i'r mangreoedd hynny neu oddi arnynt, ac eithrio dan awdurdod trwydded a ddyroddir gan arolygydd.
