Gwaharddiadau
15.—(1) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson frechu anifail buchol yn erbyn twbercwlosis heb ganiatâd ysgrifenedig Gweinidogion Cymru.
(2) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson roi triniaeth ar gyfer twbercwlosis i anifail buchol heb ganiatâd ysgrifenedig Gweinidogion Cymru.
(3) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson brofi anifail buchol ar gyfer twbercwlosis ac eithrio gyda chaniatâd ysgrifenedig Gweinidogion Cymru, a rhaid i berson y rhoddir caniatâd o'r fath iddo adrodd y canlyniadau ar unwaith wrth Weinidogion Cymru.
(4) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson ymyrryd â, neu rwystro, cyflawni neu ddarllen prawf perthnasol.
