Y Pwyllgor Chwilio

8.—(1) Mae'n rhaid i'r Gorfforaeth sefydlu pwyllgor, o'r enw Pwyllgor Chwilio, i gynghori ar—

(a)penodi'r aelodau busnes, yr aelodau cymunedol a'r aelodau awdurdod lleol;

(b)cyfethol aelodau cyfetholedig y Gorfforaeth; ac

(c)materion eraill yn ymwneud ag aelodaeth a phenodiadau y bydd y Gorfforaeth yn gofyn i'r Pwyllgor Chwilio eu hystyried.

(2) Caiff y Pwyllgor Chwilio gynnwys pobl nad ydynt yn aelodau o'r Gorfforaeth.

(3) Rhaid i'r Gorfforaeth ystyried cyngor y Pwyllgor Chwilio cyn—

(a)penodi unrhyw berson yn aelod busnes, yn aelod cymunedol neu'n aelod awdurdod lleol; neu

(b)cyfethol unrhyw berson yn aelod.

(4) Caiff y Gorfforaeth—

(a)penderfynu ar gylch gorchwyl y Pwyllgor Chwilio; a

(b)gwneud rheolau sy'n pennu'r gweithdrefnau ar gyfer rhedeg y Pwyllgor Chwilio.

(5) Rhaid i'r Gorfforaeth beri bod copi o unrhyw gylch gorchwyl a rheolau o'r fath ar gael i'w archwilio gan unrhyw berson yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol yn y sefydliad.
