Cofnodion
14.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (2), ym mhob un o gyfarfodydd y Gorfforaeth ac unrhyw bwyllgor o'r Gorfforaeth, rhaid trin cofnodion y cyfarfod diwethaf fel eitem agenda ac, os cytunir eu bod yn gywir, rhaid i'r cofnodion hynny gael eu llofnodi fel rhai cywir gan gadeirydd y cyfarfod.
(2) Nid yw is-baragraff (1) yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i drin cofnodion y cyfarfod diwethaf fel eitem agenda cyfarfod arbennig a gynullir o dan baragraff 11(4) ond pan nad yw cofnodion y cyfarfod diwethaf yn cael eu trin fel un o eitemau agenda'r cyfarfod hwnnw, rhaid eu trin fel eitem agenda yn y cyfarfod nesaf nad yw'n cael ei gynnal o dan baragraff 11(4).
(3) Rhaid cymryd cofnodion ar wahân o'r rhannau hynny o gyfarfodydd y mae'r Clerc, y Pennaeth neu aelodau staff neu aelodau myfyrwyr wedi ymneilltuo ohonynt yn unol ag is-baragraffau (5) i (9) o baragraff 13 ac nid oes gan y cyfryw bersonau hawl i weld y cofnod o'r rhan honno o'r cyfarfod nac unrhyw bapurau ynglŷn â'r rhan honno.
