Amendment of the Principal Regulations

3.—(1) The Principal Regulations are amended in accordance with the following paragraphs of this regulation.

(2) In the third paragraph of the preamble—

(a) in the English text for “to the Secretary of State” substitute “to the Welsh Ministers”;

and

(b) in the Welsh text for “i'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol” substitute “i Weinidogion Cymru”.

(3) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the Welsh text, for the definition which begins “mae i “Cyfarwyddeb 2004/41”” and ends with “yn ôl eu trefn yn Atodlen 1;” substitute

(4) In regulation 5(2)(b) (information)—

(a) in the English text in both places where the word “secretary” occurs substitute “Secretary”; and

(b) in the Welsh text in both places where they occur for the words “ysgrifennydd neu ysgrifenyddes” substitute “Ysgrifennydd”.
