Costau sy'n ymwneud â gweinyddu

25.—(1) Mae gweithredwr sy'n atebol am wneud gwaith o dan Ran 2 yn atebol am gostau rhesymol a dynnir gan yr awdurdod gorfodi wrth baratoi unrhyw hysbysiad o dan Ran 2, neu wrth sicrhau cydymffurfedd â'r Rhan honno.

(2) Mae'r gweithredwr cyfrifol yn gyfrifol am y costau a dynnir gan yr awdurdod gorfodi o dan Ran 3, sef costau—

(a)asesu a yw'r difrod yn ddifrod amgylcheddol;

(b)darganfod pwy yw'r gweithredwr cyfrifol;

(c)darganfod pa waith adfer sy'n briodol;

(ch)gwneud unrhyw ymgynghori sy'n angenrheidiol; a

(d)monitro'r adferiad, yn ystod y gwaith ac ar ei ôl.

(3) Mae costau'n golygu costau, y mae'r angen i sicrhau bod y Rheoliadau hyn yn cael eu gorfodi'n briodol ac yn effeithiol, yn eu cyfiawnhau.
