Interpretation

2.  In this Order—

• “the boundary map” (“y map ffiniau”) means the map marked “Map of the Merthyr Tydfil and Powys (Areas) Order 2009”, deposited in accordance with regulation 5 of the Regulations;

• “the Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau”) means the Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976(1).
