8.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), any meeting of a Board must be open to the public.
(2) A Board may resolve to exclude the public from a meeting in accordance with the provisions of section 1(2) and (3) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960(1).
