Arrangements for existing members of Powys Teaching Local Health Board

19.  Any person who is, or has been, appointed to be a member or co-opted member in accordance with the Local Health Board (Constitution, Membership and Procedures) (Wales) Regulations 2003(1) will cease to be a member or co-opted member at the end of the shadow period.
