7. Yn lle rheoliad 30(canllawiau), rhodder—
“(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddyroddi canllawiau i awdurdod cymwys mewn cysylltiad ag arfer ei swyddogaethau o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Rhaid i awdurdod cymwys, wrth iddo arfer unrhyw un neu rai o'i swyddogaethau o dan y Rheoliadau hyn, roi sylw i ganllawiau a ddyroddir gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan baragraff 1.”.
