The Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations replace Schedules 2, 3 and 7 to the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Wales) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/1536) (W.153). The new Schedules incorporate a number of new and amended pieces of Community legislation that have come into force since those Regulations came into force.

They make some small corrections to the 2006 Regulations.

An Impact Assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as no impact on business, charities or voluntary bodies is foreseen.
