Mae'r Comisiwn Ffiniau Llywodraeth Leol i Gymru wedi cyflwyno i Weinidogion Cymru, yn unol ag adrannau 54(1) a 58(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972(1), adroddiad dyddiedig Ebrill 2008 ar ei adolygiad o gymunedau mewn rhan o Sir Ynys Môn a'i gynigion ar eu cyfer.
Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi penderfynu rhoi eu heffaith i'r cynigion hynny heb eu haddasu.
Mae mwy na chwe wythnos wedi mynd heibio ers i'r cynigion hynny gael eu cyflwyno i Weinidogion Cymru.
Mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd i'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol gan adran 58(2) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972 ac sydd wedi'u breinio bellach ynddynt hwy i'r graddau y maent yn arferadwy o ran Cymru(2):

Trosglwyddwyd pwerau'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gan Orchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 1999 (O.S. 1999/672) ac maent wedi'u breinio bellach yng Ngweinidogion Cymru yn rhinwedd paragraff 30 o Atodlen 11 i Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006 (p.32).
