1.  Daw'r briffordd newydd y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn bwriadau ei hadeiladu ar hyd y llwybr a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 1 i'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gefnffordd o'r dyddiad pan ddaw'r Gorchymyn hwn i rym.

2.  Dangosir llinell ganol y gefnffordd newydd â llinell ddu drom a dangosir y cynigion cysylltiedig ar gyfer ffyrdd ymyl â llinellau gwynion wedi'u torri ar y plan a adneuwyd.

3.  Bydd y darnau o'r gefnffordd a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 2 i'r Gorchymyn hwn, ac a ddangosir â llinellau rhesog llydan ar y plan a adneuwyd, yn peidio â bod yn gefnffordd ac yn dod yn ffyrdd dosbarthiadol ar y dyddiad pan fydd lywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru yn hysbysu Cyngor Sir Powys fod y cefnffyrdd newydd ar agor ar gyfer traffig trwodd.

4.  Yn y Gorchymyn hwn mesurir pob mesur pellter ar hyd llwybr y briffordd berthnasol;

(i)ystyr “y plan a adneuwyd” (“the deposited plan”) yw'r plan sy'n dwyn rhif HA 10/2 WAG 2 sydd wedi'i farcio “Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Caerdydd i Lanconwy (yr A470) (Cwm-bach i'r Bontnewydd ar Wy) 2009”, wedi'i lofnodi ar ran Gweinidogion Cymru a'i adneuo yn Uned Storio ac Adfer Cofnodion Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru (RSRU), Neptune Point, Ocean Way, Caerdydd;

(ii)ystyr “y gefnffordd” (“the trunk road”) yw Cefnffordd Caerdydd i Lanconwy (yr A470);

(iii)“y gefnffordd newydd” (“the new trunk road”) yw'r briffordd a grybwyllir yn erthygl 1 o'r Gorchymyn hwn.

5.  Daw'r Gorchymyn hwn i rym ar 6 Ionawr 2010 a'i enw yw “Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Caerdydd i Lanconwy (yr A470) (Cwm-bach i'r Bontnewydd ar Wy) 2009”
