Amendment of the Addition of Vitamins, Minerals and Other Substances (Wales) Regulations 2007

3.—(1) The Addition of Vitamins, Minerals and Others Substances (Wales) Regulations 2007(1) are amended in accordance with the following paragraph.

(2) In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 (interpretation), for the definition “the EC Regulation”, there is substituted the following definition—

• ““the EC Regulation” (“y Rheoliad CE”) means Regulation (EC) No. 1925/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the addition of vitamins and minerals and of certain other substances to foods(2) as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1170/2009 amending Directive 2002/46/EC of the European Parliament and of Council and Regulation (EC) No. 1925/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the lists of vitamin and minerals and their forms that can be added to foods, including food supplements.”.
