1. The fireplace must be installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s “instruction manual UTSR-ABC-22-AME-S-PPV” dated 25 September 2008 where ABC is model number i.e. 150, 180, 240, 300, 360, 450, 550, 700, 900.
