SCHEDULE CLASSES OF FIREPLACE WHICH ARE EXEMPT

1.  The fireplace must be installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s “Instruction manual UTSK-ABC.22-AME-S-PPU” dated 25 September 2008 where ABC is model number i.e. 180, 240, 300, 360, 450, 550, 700, 900, 1200, 1600.
