Amendments

4.  After Regulation 5 (Minimum size of holding), insert the following —

“Minimum claim

5A.   For the purposes of Article 28(1) of Council Regulation 73/2009 the minimum requirement for a claim is one hectare for farmers who do not hold special entitlements in accordance with that Article, and €100 for farmers who hold special entitlements.”.
