Dethol gan roddai neu ddirprwy
8.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys os nad oes gan y person perthnasol alluedd o ran y cwestiwn pwy ddylai ei gynrychiolydd fod.
(2) Pan fo'r canlynol yn wir—
(a)bod gan y person perthnasol roddai neu ddirprwy(1), a
(b)ei bod o fewn awdurdod y rhoddai neu'r dirprwy i wneud hynny,
caiff y rhoddai neu'r dirprwy ddethol person i'w benodi yn gynrychiolydd.
(3) Os yw rhoddai neu ddirprwy yn cael dethol person yn unol â pharagraff (2) ond nad yw'n gwneud hynny, mae rheoliad 10 yn gymwys.

Caiff “deputy” ei ddiffinio yn adran 64(1) o'r Ddeddf.
