7.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys pan fo gan y person perthnasol alluedd o ran y cwestiwn pwy ddylai ei gynrychiolydd fod.
(2) Caiff y person perthnasol ddethol person ar gyfer ei benodi i fod yn gynrychiolydd iddo.
(3) Os yw'r person perthnasol yn cael dethol person yn unol â pharagraff (2) ond nad yw'n gwneud hynny, mae rheoliad 10 yn gymwys.
