1. The title of this Order is the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 23 October 2009.
Amendment of the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) Order 2009
2. In the Welsh text of the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) Order 2009(1) at paragraph 2 of Part 1 of the Schedule omit “ymyl du a chroeslinellau” and substitute “ymyl du a llinellau lletraws”.
