Diwygio Rheoliadau Datgymhwyso rhag Gofalu am Blant (Cymru) 2004
3.—(1) Diwygier yr Atodlen i Reoliadau Datgymhwyso rhag Gofalu am Blant (Cymru) 2004(1) fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ym mharagraff 3, yn lle “78C” rhodder “79C”
(3) Yn lle paragraff 33 rhodder—
“Cyfarwyddyd Deddf Addysg 2002
33. Person sy'n ddarostyngedig i gyfarwyddyd a wnaed, neu y mae iddo effaith fel pe bai wedi'i wneud, o dan adran 142 o Ddeddf Addysg 2002(2) ar y seiliau a osodir yn is-adran (4)(a), (b) neu (d) o'r adran honno.”
(4) Yn lle paragraff 34 rhodder—
“Deddf Diogelu Grwpiau Hyglwyf 2006 rhestr waharddedig o ran plant
34. Person sydd wedi'i wahardd rhag gweithgaredd a reoleiddir sy'n ymwneud â phlant (o fewn ystyr adran 3(2) o Ddeddf Diogelu Grwpiau Hyglwyf 2006(3)”
