Diwygio Rheoliadau Dŵr Mwynol Naturiol, Dŵr Ffynnon a Dŵr Yfed wedi'i Botelu (Cymru) 2007

8.  Diwygir testun Cymraeg y Rheoliadau fel a ganlyn—

(1) yn rheoliad 2(1) yn y diffiniad o “dŵr yfed” dileer y geiriau ““spring water neu” yn is-baragraff (b);

(2) yn rheoliad 5(2), yn lle'r geiriau “gallai potelu'r dŵr gydymffurfio” rhodder y geiriau “y byddai potelu'r dŵr yn cydymffurfio”

(3) yn rheoliad8(1)(dd) dileer y geiriau ““may be diuretic” neu” a'r geiriau ““may be laxative” neu”

(4) yn rheoliad 8(1)(e) dileer y geiriau ““stimulates digestion” neu” a'r geiriau ““may facilitate the hepato-biliary functions” neu” ;

(5) yn rheoliad 9(1), dileer y geiriau ““natural mineral water” neu”;

(6) yn rheoliad 10(1), dileer y geiriau ““spring water””

(7) yn rheoliad 11, dileer y geiriau ““spring water” neu” ym mha le bynnag y digwyddant;

(8) yn rheoliad 12, y geiriau dileer y geiriau ““spring water” neu” ym mha le bynnag y digwyddant;

(9) yn rheoliad 14, dileer y geiriau ““mineral water” neu” ym mha le bynnag y digwyddant.
