Amendment of the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Wales) Regulations 2007
8. The Welsh text of the principal Regulations is amended as follows—
(1) in regulation 2(1) in the definition of “dŵr yfed”, the words ““spring water” neu” in sub-paragraph (b) are deleted;
(2) in regulation 5(2), the words “gallai potelu'r dŵr gydymffurfio” are substituted with the words “y byddai potelu'r dŵr yn cydymffurfio”.
(3) in regulation8(1)(dd), the words ““may be diuretic” neu” and the words ““may be laxative” neu” are deleted;
(4) in regulation 8(1)(e), the words ““stimulates digestion” neu” and the words ““may facilitate the hepato-biliary functions” neu” are deleted;
(5) in regulation 9(1), the words ““natural mineral water” neu” are deleted;
(6) in regulation 10(1), the words ““spring water”” are deleted;
(7) in regulation 11, the words ““spring water” neu” are deleted wherever they occur;
(8) in regulation 12, the words ““spring water” neu” are deleted wherever they occur;
(9) in regulation 14, the words ““mineral water” neu” are deleted wherever they occur.
