PENNOD 3Lladd moch a'r gwaith cychwynnol o lanhau a diheintio

Lladd moch ar y fangre heintiedig

14.  Os datgenir bod mangre yn fangre heintiedig, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ladd yr holl foch ar y fangre ar unwaith.

Symud carcasau ymaith a'r gwaith cychwynnol o lanhau a diheintio

15.—(1) Pan fo unrhyw foch yn cael eu lladd o dan y Rhan hon, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru symud ymaith bob carcas o'r fangre heintiedig a'u gwaredu mewn ffordd sy'n osgoi'r risg y bydd feirws clefyd pothellog y moch yn ymledu.

(2) Yna rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru chwistrellu'n ddi-oed â diheintydd—

(a)pob rhan o'r fangre (ac eithrio caeau, llynnoedd slyri a rhannau eraill o'r fangre lle na fyddai gan y diheintydd unrhyw effaith) a phob cyfarpar y mae'r moch wedi cael mynd ato, a

(b)unrhyw beth a halogwyd yn ystod y gwaith lladd,

a sicrhau bod y diheintydd yn aros ar yr arwynebau a chwistrellwyd am o leiaf 24 awr.

Mesurau cadwraeth a mesurau cysylltiedig

16.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru benderfynu peidio â lladd moch—

(a)a gedwir mewn—

(i)sw neu barc bywyd gwyllt; neu

(ii)mangre a gymeradwywyd at ddibenion masnach ryng-Gymunedol mewn semen moch, ofa moch neu embryonau moch;

(b)a gedwir—

(i)ar gyfer eu harddangos;

(ii)at ddibenion addysgol;

(iii)ar gyfer ymchwil wyddonol neu fridio ar gyfer ymchwil o'r fath; neu

(iv)at ddibenion sy'n ymwneud â chadwraeth rhywogaethau neu adnoddau genetig.

(2) Pan fo Gweinidogion Cymru'n penderfynu peidio â lladd moch o'r fath, caiff arolygydd milfeddygol gyflwyno hysbysiad i feddiannydd y fangre lle maent yn cael eu cadw yn rhoi manylion am y trefniadau bioddiogelwch y mae'n rhaid i'r meddiannydd eu dilyn i leihau'r risg o ledaenu feirws clefyd pothellog y moch, a bydd methu â chydymffurfio â hysbysiad o'r fath yn dramgwydd.
