Replacement of terminated tenancies: successor landlord cases
2. Part 2 of Schedule 11 to the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (replacement of certain terminated tenancies) applies, subject to the modifications specified in articles 3 to 7, to successor landlord cases(1).
