Swyddogaethau penodedig

2.—(1) Mae pob swyddogaeth a roddir i swyddogion gorfodi gan y deddfiadau a bennir ym mharagraff (2) neu oddi tanynt yn swyddogaeth ddynodedig at ddibenion adran 76(3)(a) o Ddeddf 2004.

(2) Y deddfiadau hynny yw—

(a)adran 78(2)(a) a (b) o Ddeddf 2004;

(b)adran 79 o Ddeddf 2004; ac

(c)adran 99 o Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984(1).

Cafodd swyddogaethau o dan adran 99 eu trosglwyddo i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn rhinwedd Gorchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 2004 (OS 2004/3044) gydag eithriadau mewn perthynas â'r rhan honno o draffordd yr M4 a elwir “the New Toll Plaza area” a “the new Bridge” fel y'i diffinnir yn adran 39(1) o Ddeddf Pontydd Hafren 1992 (p.3) a'r rhan honno o'r ffordd a adeiladwyd gan y Gweinidog Trafnidiaeth a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 1 i Orchymyn Cefnffordd Man i'r Gogledd o Almondsbury — Man i'r De o Haysgate 1947 (O.S. 1947/1562) ac y cyfeirir ati yn Gorchymyn fel “the new road”.
