1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Guidelines on Levels of Charges) (Wales) Order 2008, it comes into force on 31 March 2008, and applies in relation to Wales.
(2) In this Order “the Enforcement and Adjudication Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau Gorfodi a Dyfarnu”) means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Penalty Charge Notices, Enforcement and Adjudication) (Wales) Regulations 2008(1).
(3) In this Order “the General Provisions Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau Darpariaethau Cyffredinol”) means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2008(2).
