Y ffi safonol

5.  Mae'r ffi safonol am unrhyw gyfnod cyfrifyddu, sy'n daladwy gan weithredydd safle torri neu sefydliad trin anifeiliaid hela o ran cig a ddygwyd i'r safle neu'r sefydliad yn ystod y cyfnod hwnnw er mwyn ei dorri neu er mwyn tynnu'r esgyrn ohono yno, i'w chyfrifo—

(a)tan ddiwedd 2008, drwy luosi â £2.29 y nifer o dunelli o'r cyfryw gig; a

(b)yn ystod 2009—

(i)yn yr un modd, neu

(ii)drwy luosi'r gyfradd mewn Ewros a bennir ym Mhennod II o Adran B o Atodiad IV i Reoliad 882/2004 sy'n gymwys i gig sy'n dod o anifail o fath penodol â nifer y tunnelli o gig sy'n dod o anifeiliaid o'r math hwnnw a ddygwyd i'r safle neu'r sefydliad yn ystod y cyfnod er mwyn cael ei dorri neu er mwyn tynnu'r esgyrn ohono yno a throsi'r swm sy'n deillio o hyn i Sterling drwy ei luosi gan y gyfradd drosi Ewro/Sterling a gyhoeddir yng nghyfres C o Gyfnodolyn Swyddogol yr Undeb Ewropeaidd ar 1 Medi 2008, neu os na chyhoeddir unrhyw gyfradd yn y ddogfen honno ar y dyddiad hwnnw, y gyfradd a gyhoeddir ynddi gyntaf ar ôl hynny,

p'un bynnag sy'n rhoi'r ffi uwch.
