3. Yn rheoliad 10(1) (y datganiad) o Reoliadau'r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Gwasanaethau Offthalmig Cyffredinol) 1986(1) ar ddiwedd rheoliad 10(1)(b) yn lle'r geiriau o “A determination” hyd at “relates.” rhodder—
“A determination may provide that such fees and allowances may be paid in respect of a period beginning on a date earlier than the date of the determination if, taking the determination as a whole, it is not detrimental to the persons to whose remuneration it relates.”.
