Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau 2008 er mwyn cywiro gwall ynddynt. Mae rheoliad 10(a) yn nhestun Cymraeg Rheoliadau 2008 yn cynnwys geiriau ychwanegol nas ceir yn nhestun Saesneg rheoliad 10(a). Gan hynny, mae rheoliad 2 o'r Rheoliadau hyn yn dileu'r geiriau ychwanegol hynny.
