Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gan adrannau 31a 210(7) o Ddeddf Addysg 2002 ac sydd bellach wedi'u breinio ynddynt(1) yn gwneud y Rheoliadau canlynol.
1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Rheoli Mangreoedd Ysgol (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2008 a deuant i rym ar 31 Mawrth 2008.
(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru.
2. Yn nhestun Cymraeg rheoliad 10(a) o Reoliadau Rheoli Mangreoedd Ysgol (Cymru) 2008(2) dileer y geiriau “neu benderfyniad a wneir yn unol â pharagraff 62 neu 63 o Atodlen 8 i Ddeddf Addysg Bellach ac Uwch 1992”.

Mae Rheoliadau Rheoli Mangreoedd Ysgol (Cymru) 2008 (“Rheoliadau 2008”) yn gwneud darpariaeth ynghylch rheolaeth cyrff llywodraethu ar feddiannu a defnyddio mangreoedd ysgol. Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau 2008 er mwyn cywiro gwall ynddynt. Mae rheoliad 10(a) yn nhestun Cymraeg Rheoliadau 2008 yn cynnwys geiriau ychwanegol nas ceir yn nhestun Saesneg rheoliad 10(a). Gan hynny, mae rheoliad 2 o'r Rheoliadau hyn yn dileu'r geiriau ychwanegol hynny.
