Section 20 of the Clean Air Act 1993 (“the 1993 Act”) places a general prohibition on the emission of smoke in smoke control areas.

The fireplace must be installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions dated 28 August 2006, reference 004275128 REV 002.
