1.  Brics glo Aimcor Excel, a weithgynhyrchir gan Applied Industrial Materials UK Limited yn Newfield, County Durham, neu a weithgynhyrchir gan Oxbow Carbon & Minerals UK Limited yn Windsor House, Cornwall Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire—

(a)sy'n cynnwys golosg petrolewm (sef rhyw 60 i 75 y cant o'r cyfanswm pwysau), glo isel ei anweddolrwydd a golosg adweithiol (sef rhyw 20 i 25 y cant o'r cyfanswm pwysau) a rhwymwr resin sy'n caledu pan fo'n oer (sef gweddill y pwysau);

(b) a weithgynhyrchwyd o'r cyfansoddion hynny drwy broses sy'n cynnwys rholio-wasgu;

(c)sy'n frics glo heb eu marcio ar siâp gobennydd, yn pwyso 73 gram ar gyfartaledd; ac

(ch)nad ydynt yn cynnwys mwy na 2 y cant o sylffwr o'r cyfanswm pwysau.
